The home of luxury. The place to be. Is there anywhere youd rather be this summer? St.Tropez needs no lengthy introduction. Its a place of beauty where the beautiful go, whether its to bathe on Nikki Beach or eat at one of the world famous harbour side restaurants whilst appreciating the host of impressive yachts idling in the bay. Of course taking a villa on the Côte dAzur need not be just about St. Tropez. The region could easily be a whole country in itself. A country brimming with an entirely eclectic mix of characters and experiences. There is a plethora of small villages to be visited, including Ramatuelle which faces out on the beautiful 5 kilometre long Bay of Pampelonne and whose narrow streets are lined with ancient stone houses. Of course the notorious Monte-Carlo casino in Monaco is just along the coast providing the potential for a day of high-flying entertainment. For those in search of a more energetic time, the Beauvallon Sports Club offers tennis, golf and, of course, a refreshing swim in the pool afterwards. Tired of the sporting side of life? There are a multitude of art galleries to peruse and an array of museums to explore. La
Chenoiserie
La
Chenoiserie La Chenoiserie is a beautiful, charming villa, previously described as a peaceful haven. The villa has recently been restored to an exceptionally high standard, in a contemporary Provencal style, retaining its original charm and character by its designer owner. Surrounded by stunning floral gardens and set within the gated domain of Beauvallon, Chenoiserie boasts breathtaking panoramic views of the Bay of St Tropez, one of the Rivieras most stylish locations. La Chenoiserie comfortably sleeps 8 guests in 4 en-suite bedrooms, and offers a spacious living/dining area and library leading to a beautiful loggia. Outside, a large pool with its delightful pool house and ample terracing offer secluded relaxation with a breathtaking view. Mallorca is the largest of the Balearic islands, located just off the south east coast of Spain. It offers a heady mix of beautiful scenery, sandy beaches and rugged cliffs. Its history dates back to 123BC and its architecture is an enticing blend of Roman, Moorish and European. But what really defines Mallorca is its weather long sunny days that make for a relaxed way of life where there really is no rush. Whilst the islands scenery and climate alone make Mallorca worth a visit, it has many attractions for those looking for a more active break. Take the old electric train through the mountains to Soller or a day boat along the coast to enjoy one of the many coves not accessible by road. Explore the rugged Serra de Tramunata or visit the monastery at Valldemosa where Chopin spent the winter of 1838. The island is also famous for its golf, and there are now 11 courses to be played, including the Dorint Royal that also includes a fabulous spa. The
famous port of Andratx is a great early morning spot to watch the fisherman
land their overnight catch, whilst at night the town is transformed
into busting markets and restaurants. Wander through the old streets
in the early evening and enjoy dinner on the quay, watching the sun
set over the bay. Alternatively head to Mallorcas capital city
Palma, and visit the cathedral of La Seu, built over 400 years from
1229. Its old cobbled streets hide a range of excellent restaurants,
bars and boutiques. Las Brisas
Las
Brisas Las Brisas is a stunning four bedroom villa with mesmerising sea views. Set above the ocean facing south west, the villa's terraces and infinity pool make for the perfect spot to unwind. Las Brisas enjoys all day sun, with loungers round the pool to soak up the rays. There are also plenty of shaded areas in which to read and relax. As the sun sets over the water and the sky turns from blue to deep pink, the pool area becomes a haven of peace for drinks and dining under the stars. The villa itself is light, airy and incredibly spacious. It has 700 square metres of living space and a further 200 square metres of terraces. Each bedroom features satellite tv and has its own ensuite bathroom, including the oustanding master bedroom with its own terrace, dressing room, sitting room and fireplace. The
entrance to Las Brisas is on the upper floor and one is immediately
struck by the imposing staircase framed by double storey south facing
windows. The stairs lead down to the drawing and dining rooms and then
out to the terrace. Beside the pool there is a gym and private office
should you need to keep in touch whilst away. The villa features all
the essentail creature comforts, including air conditioning, music and
wifi throughout.

Umbria is affectionatley known as 'the green heat of Italy'. It is a region of stunning countryside and majestic hill-top towns. Vergiliano di Sopra lies close to Perugia, overflowing with historical remains from the Etruscans, bustling market squares and chic boutiques. It lies at the heart of the Tiber Valley and is an excellent base from which to explore other extraordinary destinations such as Assisi, Spello and Gubbio. As is true of most Umbrian towns, we recommend strolls through the narrow cobbled streets to the walled ramparts from where miles of Umbrian countryside stretch out beneath you. For the more energetic, the Golf club Perugia and horse riding through miles of stunning scenery are within a thirty minute drive. During the summer, an international music festival brings together jazz officianados from the world over, filling the warm barmy nights with melodious sounds. Performers and music lovers alike congregate in the open piazzas, surrounded by anminated restaurants serving fabulous local cuisine. Umbria is an Italian jewel, less crowded than its Tuscan neighbour and home to breathtaking scenery and stunning ancient hill-top towns. Vergiliano Di Sopra
Vergiliano
di Sopra Vergiliano di Sopra is a charming farmhouse, embodying all that is wonderful about Umbria. Lovingly restored, the house sleeps 10 guests in five bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The sheltered terrace is a fabulous spot for long lazy lunches, accompanied by a glass of the excellent local wine. In the evenings, enjoy dinner in the charming Limonia, with floor to ceiling windows to catch the dying rays. Built on a promontory with no surrounding neighbours, the house has uninterrupted views of the rolling Umbrian countryside, surrounded by almond trees, olive groves and vineyards.
