There are two ways of advertising your property on our website.

On a standard entry you may have

Brief price details
Your contact details including a free Email link
 Free ads on our Special Offers page
A link to your website is available at an extra charge of £29 per year
Extra photographs can be added at £25 each

A standard entry is just £89 per year (+VAT if applicable)

On a full advertisement you may have all the above plus

A 200 word description
Up to 3 colour photographs (1 large and 2 small)
Further information about the property or area up to 100 words
Full details on price
A link to your website is available at an extra charge of £29 per year
Extra photographs can be added at £25 each

A full advertisement with up to 3 photos is just £129 per year (+VAT if applicable)

 Remember to let us know if any of your details change, we will change your entry twice a year free of charge. Changes can be made thereafter at £10.

Remember to let us know of any special offers, (40 words maximum please) you can have two free adverts on our special offers page per year. An ideal opportunity to advertise late availability. Although special offers will usually be added within 48 hours of us receiving your instructions we can't guarantee last minute advertising will appear in time. Additional special offers can be booked at a cost of £25 per advert.
