Welcome
to Chalet Le Panoramic, the family ski holiday destination!
Situated on the principal piste, Chalet Le Panoramic boasts the
most prestigious location in La Clusaz. With breath taking views
of the mountain range and the entire village (which is a pleasant
five minutes walk away) the whole family is able to ski to and from
the chalet door to no less than five ski lifts; beginners button
lift, two cable cars and two chair lifts) which places you directly
onto any of the numerous superb slopes.
What gives Chalet Le Panoramic the edge over the rest is individuality
and personal attention to detail, this lies at the heart of the
chalet where the owners; Simon and Lisa and their team of four can
often be found cooking up delights in their state of the art kitchen,
tending the roaring fire, manning the bar or readying the hot tub!
What
you find at Chalet Le Panoramic is the personal touch rather than
the impersonal processed holiday often found in larger hotels or
corporately owned chalets.
Le Panoramic has been newly renovated to offer maximum comfort with
lovely en-suite pine bedrooms. (All chalet bedrooms are equipped
with 100% Egyptian cotton bedding feather quilts, towels, fluffy
robes, hair dryers, complimentary L'Occitane products and beautiful
views!)
Leaving
the crisp air at the front door you come up the stairs and are instantly
greeted with warm Alpine aromas; the pine fitted interior, the roaring
fire, the smell of cooking. At the top of the stairs you are welcomed
by the pine bar well stocked with complimentary beers, soft drinks,
hot drinks and mixers, (you are welcome to bring your own duty free).
The bar looks across the large open plan family room surrounded
by great French windows framing magnificent views of the piste and
the whole village.
There are candle-lit dining tables and plenty of soft leather seating,
pine furnishings and a central farm-style chimney, where guests
are often found relaxing by after a hard day on the slopes!
The living room also boasts a state of the art music system with
every track imaginable, a choice of novels, videos, television set,
video and dvd player, magazines and board games, not to mention
a huge toy cupboard for the children (situated in the childrens
area of the lounge, away from the dining table and relaxing area
but close enough to keep an eye on).
Telephone
& fax facilities are also available as is a wireless broadband
internet connection.
Just off the main lounge lies a magnificent decked south-facing
terrace which is equipped with a traditional Scandinavian
hot tub (heated by wood burner), wonderful piste views, sun chairs
and table-tennis table for après-ski fun!
