La
Clusaz is just one hour from Geneva airport and around 8 hours
by car from Calais. It
is a traditional Savoyard village that has developed with the advent
of skiing and has retained its original charm and character with
its old church and 'onion bulb' steeple dominating the centre of
the village.
In
the winter La Clusaz, together with the neighboring village of Le
Grand Bornand offers wonderful skiing on 200km of groomed piste,
offering excellent skiing to all levels of skier. For the more adventurous,
off piste possibilities are endless. The
village prides itself on being a family resort with excellent crèche
facilities for families with small children.
