Chalet Matsuzaka is a private, small luxury chalet hotel,
inspired during our long stay in Japan.

After frequenting the Japanese Ski resorts, we became enamoured with the way in which the Japanese Chalets and Inns were run, as well as the Rotemburo (inside and outside hot-tub) making après-ski just that extra bit more special.

All our bedrooms are spacious (as befitting a 4 star hotel) with south facing balconies, baths, showers and separate WC. All individually designed and offering broadband access, flat screen TVs and DVDs, fridges as well as the usual tea & coffee making facilities.

Chalet Matsuzaka is located approx. 200m from the nearest ski slope and the new high-speed chair-lift in the Les Eucherts area of La Rosière 1850.
Skiing back to the chalet is possible from the Papillon piste.

Chalet Matsuzaka "pine tree slope" is run as a Japanese inn with a calm and Zen atmosphere. We kindly ask that all guests remove outdoor shoes before entering the chalet (slippers are provided) and bathrobes are available in all rooms in order to take the spa.

The restaurant is private for hotel guests only. Evenings start with aperitifs, champagne and canapés, followed by a 4 course dinner with hand picked wines from around France.

Baked scallop parcels with a citric dressing served with a Dry White Muscadet.
Duck breast with balsamic, cinnamon and cranberries. Served with a Red Cahors 2000.
Cheese Board.
White and dark chocolate mousse.
Tea, coffee, hand made chocolates and/or digestif.
