We spent a long weekend here in April 2007 and can highly recommend this lovely
chalet for it's great location and excellent hospitality. The cosy lounge was
most welcoming after a day's skiing on the amazing slopes of Courchevel - we look

Chalet d'Ambrumenil is a
lovely, comfortable and traditional village farmhouse, located close to the piste
and lifts in the original village of Courchevel 1550.
The chalet is only 30 metres from the piste and the Tovets ski lift. Other
local facilities such as ski school, ski hire shops bars and restaurants are very
close by. The
exterior of the chalet is in keeping with the rustic village but the chalet was
completely restored in 1990 and then further updated in 2007 The chalet is privately
owned and as such is furnished to a high standard and has very comfortable furniture
as can be seen from the photos. The sitting room is very cosy with plenty of soft
seating and a welcoming open log fire with a club fender. There
are 5 double/twin en suite bedrooms, Some rooms can take an extra bed if needed.
Hairdryers are provided.
Facilities include TV+ SKY facilities, DVD,
a stereo, Internet access. You can bring your own CDS and DVDS but there is a
selection available in the chalet along with various games.
Chalet staff live in and provide and excellent service.
