Ski back to the chalet. Spacious & comfortable.
We
are delighted to be able to offer this spacious chalet which is
ideal for groups and families who want to be able to ski back to
the door. This traditional styled chalet is in a quiet location
only 10/15 minutes walk from the centre of Courchevel 1550. It has
large picture windows giving magnificent views over the Bozel valley
and an open log fire in the lounge .It is very comfortable for groups
of 8 -9 people.
In
the morning walk 50m down the road, put your skis on and ski 40m
along a narrow path through trees to the edge of the Dou du Midi
piste. From there it is a short ski to the first chairlift, or you
can traverse over towards the bubble lift which takes you directly
into 1850. At the end of the day reasonable skiers can ski back
to the chalet. Beginners get the bubble down from 1850 and then
walk up to the chalet (10/15 minutes) or jump on the ski bus.
Your
day begins with a hearty breakfast, afternoon tea is waiting for
you after your days skiing, a 3 course dinner with good quality
wine is served on 6 evenings with one night off for you to sample
a local restaurant.
