Good
food is one of lifes richest pleasures and throughout
your stay the talented chefs will indulge your tastes. Exploring
the flavours and textures of only the finest ingredients,
they craft an imaginative combination of modern and traditional
gastronomic cuisine.
After
early morning tea served in bed, breakfast is an equally relaxed
affair of compotes and cereals, freshly squeezed juices and
yoghurts, always served with a hot dish. Delicious freshly
baked cakes and patisserie await your return from the slopes
and in the evenings a dinner of four to six courses is served
with exceptional wines from our house and à la carte
lists. As ever it is for you to set the pace and dining can
be as formal or informal as you wish. Naturally we offer an
open bar of soft drinks, beers and spirits with a selection
of digestifs normally enjoyed in front of the roaring log
fire.
The
chef is always delighted to discuss menus with you. By jointly
planning those for the younger connoisseurs, a dash of magic
from the team ensures they enjoy wonderful food too.

situated in the exclusive Brâmes enclave, it overlooks Méribels
