Nominated
a Sunday Times 'Super Chalet', you won't find a more charming mountain
home than La Ferme de Belleville with its authentic interior &
historic village location. The renovation has lovingly retained
the warm ambience of this 400 year-old Savoyard farmhouse; original
timber beams and rustic stone walls combine with comfy sofas, wolf
fur throws and cow hide rugs, to create a very special alpine experience.
This
is a private boutique company that is personally managed by the
Company Owners ensuring from your booking to your arrival &
throughout your stay, everything happens so smoothly & effortlessly
that every care is removed.
The
pièce de résistance is the open-plan living/dining
area, which spreads out beneath the vaulted stone ceiling. As Sean
Newsom of the Sunday Times put it 'anyone raised on the utilitarian
standards of most Alpine accommodation - will be struck dumb'.
The
chalet sleeps 13 in 6 cosy en-suite bedrooms; feather duvets and
pillows, fluffy towels and a cosy robe enhance the warm colours,
Savoyard touches and traditional furniture
. you will
feel so comfortable & relaxed it will be a wrench to leave at
the end of your stay.
Only
steps from the centre of the village, this unique Savoyard farmhouse
is squirreled away in the historical part of the old village in
a wonderfully peaceful location.
Along
with the consistently high standards & attention to detail,
you will find sumptuous food prepared by our dedicated professional
chefs and a passion for exceptional service.
La
Ferme de Belleville is available for exclusive bookings, families
or smaller groups looking to join like minded guests.
Wake
up to tea in bed followed by a hearty breakfast including daily
specials. On your return from the slopes, afternoon tea with a scrumptious,
freshly baked cake awaits you. And then as the evening draws in
sit back and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere while your professional
chef creates a modern five-course menu with a touch of magic and
an added twist of indulgence; our dishes last year ranged from duck
cooked 2 ways - rolled leg & seared breast -white bean cassoulet
& parsnip crisps to Asian sweet braised pork belly with seared
scallops & a nam jim dressing.
