Dame Blanche
Chalet Dame Blanche is situated five minutes from La Tania resort
centre. It has proved an extremely popular and successful choice.
The chalet was chosen for its superb size en-suite facilities and
location. The many improvements made by the owners ensure it meets
the very high standards of all their chalets
Nestled
amongst the trees of La Tania, this 12-14 bed chalet has six bedrooms
all en-suite with full-sized baths giving you that relaxing soak
needed after a days skiing. The top two rooms each have additional
area for a third bed providing the 14-person occupancy level.
The dining and lounge area have the size and setting suitable for
full 14 person occupancy providing comfort and space. An open log
fire set in a stone chimney warms the living room, which is comfortably
furnished. The chalet is a couple of minutes walk from the “Moretta
Blanche” piste and makes access to the skiing easy going. The
town centre with its bars and shops is less than a 10 minute walk
away. The chalet also benefits from an outdoor jacuzzi hot-tub.
Cuisine
Start your day with porridge, cereals, yoghurts and locally baked
bread. This season we have enhanced our breakfast of cooked eggs,
with a daily accompaniment of one of the following such as bacon,
sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms and beans all served with fruit juices,
tea and fresh coffee.
Shortly
before dinner you will be invited to enjoy a glass of Kir with canapes
in the lounge area with your fellow guests. Your carefully prepared
dinner comprises three-courses complimented with selected French
wines followed by coffee and chocolates. The farewell dinner Friday
evening will give you a chance to sample the local cheeses accompanied
by a complimentary bottle of port.
Wednesday
is the host's day off - on this day breakfast will be laid out with
fresh bread, croissants and pain au chocolate being delivered to
your chalet. Afternoon tea will be available as usual. Your hosts
or representative will be delighted to recommend and book a local
restaurant for you for the Wednesday night out.
Early
dinner can be prepared for younger children and toddlers on request.
