All of the chalets have been constructed to the highest standards sporting many traditional Savoyarde touches and each year they are improved and updated.

The 2007/2008 season has seen the introduction of a new Swim Spa and a total refurbishment at Le Chardon, brand new bathrooms installed throughout Lafitenia in 2007, a new dining/sitting room in Mistral and in La Bergerie there is a new state of the art cinema and Wii entertainment room.

Situated in one of the most sought after addresses in the Alps, the ski in/ski out chalets are tucked away in an enclave above the resort.

Le Chardon Mountain Lodges are steeped in history. The roofs in Le Chardon and Kilimanjaro feature century old reclaimed beams, some from the old Val d'Isère church, and if you're staying in La Bergerie - spare a thought for the many shepherds who used these walls as protection against the elements in times gone by.

The pace of life in the chalets is dictated by the guests - whether a hard core snowboard fanatic, a fair-weather skier or even a non-skier/boarder - there really is something for everyone.

Each chalet is fully staffed with a gourmet chef, chalet manager, host and a chauffeur and vehicle.

If you need to take your work with you, WIFI and office facilities are standard in each chalet along with satellite television.

Chalet La Bergerie is located on the site of an old "Bergerie" or Shepherd's shelter dating back to the 17th century. This unique chalet has been renovated with many of the original features blending traditional wood and stone with modern facilities. Decorated with care, there is a prevailing sense of calm and tranquillity helped by its location in a private enclave above Val d'Isere.

La Bergerie boasts 4 ensuite twin or king size bedrooms, one of which has a small interconnecting room, ideal for a child or nanny and a fifth bedroom with its own private bathroom. Every room has an individual sense of style and character which makes them all an equally attractive retreat after an active day.

The vaulted ceiling of the open plan sitting / dining room gives a sense of space without losing the warmth of the room created by the open log fire, and complimented by the rich colours and textures of the carefully hand picked furnishings.
La Bergerie sports additional features such as the luxury of a private massage room where the highly trained physiotherapists can work out those weary limbs, or the state of the art cinema room complete with a Nintendo wii.
Whether enjoying a breakfast of your choice or a gourmet 5 course dinner, the floor to ceiling windows of La Bergerie offer a spectacular view down the Manchet Valley. The secluded hot tub and terrace are also an ideal place to watch the sun set over the Roche de Charvet whilst enjoying a well deserved glass of champagne.
